Due to copyright infringement, the diva's videos were yanked

Beyonce label Sony has pulled all of the pop superstar's videos off YouTube.

According to E!Online, all of the singer’s videos have been yanked from the uploading website and replaced with the message, “This video contains content from Sony Music Entertainment, who has blocked it in your country on copyright grounds."

The block is apparently a result of a copyright infringement issue involving Sony.

No further details have been released about whether Sony will attempt to have its own online video website, or at least partner with another cooperation to create one.

Beyonce, along with fellow pop artist Lady Gaga, have been breaking records and topping charts worldwide with their latest single “Telephone,” and fans have been flocking in droves to watch the steamy 9.5-minute-long video. The single’s success has put the two divas in a tie with Mariah Carey for most ever No 1 songs on the Billboard Pop Songs and the video’s success has helped Gaga become the first artist on YouTube to rack up over a billion views, setting a new record.

Although the video is no longer on Beyonce’s Youtube page, it is still on Gaga’s official website, in case fans have yet to see it.
