Artie Bucco now has to detox or face jail time.

Those mobsters sure seem to keep getting arrested.

John Ventimiglia, who plays chef Artie Bucco on HBO's "The Sopranos," became the fifth member of the cast to get arrested May 1 for drunk driving. Police said they saw him weaving in traffic in the wee hours of the morning. His blood-alcohol level was .12 percent above the legal limit of .08, and he was slurring and smelled of alcohol.

Monday, he pleaded guilty to drunk driving charges. As part of a plea arrangement with the prosecution, Ventimiglia was fined $500 and had his license suspended for 90 days. Cocaine possession charges were dropped as part of the deal also.

Judge John Burke also ordered the actor to undergo deter and to speak at local high schools about the dangers of drinking and driving. Ah, a role model the children can trust.
