Spears and K-Fed's Battle Against Outing of Sex Tape

New block buster for Brit and Kev, however they are not too excited about its debut.

Us Weekly magazine published a headline last year stating that there is some thought that singer Britney Spears and her wanna-be rapper husband, Kevin Federline, had a secret sex tape that was about to surface in the media.

The couple filed their suit against the magazine for $13 million in damages.

However, Los Angeles Judge Lisa Hart Cole, dismissed the charges because she couldn't find a basis for Spears to prevail over the magazine article.

In the article, "Brit & Kev: Secret Sex Tape? New parents have a new worry: racy footage from 2004," it also stated that the couple brought in the sex tape to their lawyers and sat down and watched it with them.

The Judge told the court that this was not the first time Spears put her sexuality in the public eye. She then referred back to the reality series, "Britney and Kevin: Chaotic," where not only would Spears repeatedly talk about her sex life with her husband, but was also filming him in the shower and filming while she was naked.
