Spears and Paparazzo Still Together

After rumors swirled around the pop star and paparazzo couple that singer Britney Spears had dumped and filed a restraining order against photographer Adnan Ghalib, the two were seen smooching and holding hands again Tuesday, eFluxMedia reported.

Spears, 26, rekindled her affair with Ghalib, 35, meeting him at Malibu's Taverna Tony's around 5:30 p.m., and then took a drive down Sunset Boulevard, where, with the photog behind the wheel, Spears's white Mercedes sideswiped a motorcyclist, according to E! Online.

The couple have been together since the troubled celebrity was released from the hospital after her Jan. 3 meltdown over custody of her two young sons.

To top it all off, Ghalib's wife, AzLynn Berry, has filed for separation from the star struck paparazzo. Apparently, his talks of having a baby with the singer were enough to cite "irreconcilable differences" in the matter.

And that's not all, according to the New York Daily News, if Spears asked Ghalib to marry her, the paparazzo asks, "Would anybody say no?"
