A court commissioner today suspended Britney Spears' parental rights, giving sole physical and legal custody to ex-husband Kevin Federline, according to CNN.com.
Commissioner Scott Gordon ordered another hearing to be held Jan. 14.
Federline, to this point, has had temporary custody of the children, Jayden and Sean, due in part to Spears' negligence in keeping court appointments and meeting custody hearing dates.
I'm not happy about any of these events," Federline attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan said when he left a closed-door emergency hearing Friday afternoon. "There's no winners here."
