Speidi's Wedding Unveiled

Spedi's Wedding Unveiled chronicled the pair's ups and downs on their bumpy road to the altar, from their unsuccessful first attempt at marriage in City Hall, to an awkward rehearsal dinner, to the millions of dollars poured into Montag's dream "princess wedding." The show was complete with commentary from both Montag and Pratt, along with other Hills favorites like Audrina Patridge, Stephanie Pratt, Brody Jenner, and Lo Bosworth. However, one person was missing from the crew that was dishing on all things Speidi – Lauren Conrad.

The half hour special documented Montag's longing for Conrad to attend the ceremony and Pratt's insincere apology that eventually got her there. The star of the last five seasons of The Hills came in support of her once best friend but left quickly after the ceremony ended, failing to feed into the drama that Laguna Beach star Kristin Cavallari inevitably brought with her when she unexpectedly showed up.

Conrad's exit and Cavallari's arrival can be seen as a passing of the torch for the show. Cavallari will star in the sixth season of The Hills this fall, while Conrad intends to lead a more private life and no longer be filmed. The 45-second teaser demonstrates that the new season will deliver none other than what Hill's fans have come to expect from the show – drama, drama, and more drama.
