Spencer and Heidi plus Guantanamo Bay

Spencer and Heidi Pratt have obviously been having some problems on their new show "I'm a Celebrity Get Me out Of Here." TMZ reports that when the couple tried to leave the show and they were punished.

Mrs. Pratt was sent to the hospital and was treated for a gastric ulcer after being held in a dark room for a day and a night with her husband Spencer. The couple was being punished for leaving the show. A cast member from the show described the couple's punishment saying, "It's the same as Guantanamo Bay."

Paul Telegdy, NBC's Executive Vice President of Alternative Programming, commented on Heidi and Spencer's punishment.

"They are now going to be examined, and their value system utterly deconstructed. These people really are going to bare their souls," he said, reports TMZ.

Heidi's illness was revealed by Stephanie Pratt, who tweeted about Heidi being hospitalized in Costa Rica, according to E Online. "Heidi was rushed to the hospital and has an IV in her arm after being locked in a dark room for 3 day with no food or water," she wrote. "Please pray she will be ok."
