In a world of injustice, there are no superheroes to get you out of trouble or debt, but handy enough, justice is served with a lawsuit. This is exactly what Lavely & Singer is doing to Lee.

Lee, 87, former chairman of Marvel Comic, comic book writer, editor, actor, producer is facing a heavy lawsuit for money over due to Lavely & Singer.

One lawyer from the firm claims that Lee refused to pay them for legal works that was done for him since 2007 for his creations of Spider-Man and X-Men. "Similar to the flawed comic book super-heroes he created, Stan Lee has demonstrated his own flaws by his failure to honor his agreements."
