Stephanie Pratt pleads not guilty.

Stephanie Pratt was arrested last month for driving under the influence of alcohol. According to Gossip and Gab, Pratt blew over the legal limit after being pulled over while driving home after a birthday party for her sister-in-law Holly Montag. She was released on $5,000 bail and was charged with a DUI.

Pratt sent her lawyer to court on her behalf on Friday to plead not guilty to the charge. Even though she is pleading not guilty, she said she was willing to serve 30 days in rehab and to refrain from driving until she got a valid license. People magazine reported that Pratt could face up to six months in jail and be fined $1,000 if she is found guilty.
