Stephen Graham Joins 'Pirates 4'

Production Weekly tweeted some new casting news from the set of Disney's Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides. British actor Stephen Graham has joined the production as a character named "Scram."

Graham has previously starred in Public Enemies as the infamous gangster Baby Face Nelson, and has also had roles in Snatch., Band of Brothers, and Gangs of New York. He will also be appearing in Season of the Witch and London Boulevard later this year.

He will be joining a cast that already includes Johnny Depp and Geoffrey Rush, reprising their roles as Capt. Jack Sparrow and Barbossa.

Previously, Graham's fellow Brit Ian McShane was announced to be playing the villainous role of Blackbeard, with Penélope Cruz also on board to play his daughter and Jack Sparrow's love interest.

On Stranger Tides is set for a May 20, 2011 release.
