Stern and Birkhead Deny Sex Tape Claim

Stern denies any truth in new book's tape claims.

Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead both deny that a videotaped sexual encounter between the two exists or that the encounter ever happened. The topic surfaced in a new book Blonde Ambition: The Untold Story Behind Anna Nicole Smith's Death, by Rita Cosby. According to ETonline.com, Stern stated: "It's ridiculous. I mean it's absolutely absurd." He also commented on the effect it would have on Smith's daughter: "Dannielynn is gonna read this garbage and it's almost like she's gonna have to get counseling from the age of 3."

ETonline.com spoke with Stern at Dannielynn's birthday party, and an interview with Stern is supposed to air Thursday on "Entertainment Tonight." Both Birkhead and Stern have stated that they will sue over the tape claims in the book, but no legal move has been made yet.
