Steven Tyler May Be Leaving Aerosmith for Good
Steven Tyler has allegedly quit "Aerosmith," announced Las Vegas Sun.
The band's guitarist, Joe Perry, told press Tyler is unlikely to perform with them again since he has not been in contact with any band members.
Problems with Tyler and the rock band began when in August after falling offstage at a performance in South Dakota; Tyler suffered a broken shoulder and was airlifted to a hospital, as a result the United States tour was canceled.
The 61-year-old singer said in a recent interview with Classic Rock Magazine he wanted to concentrate on himself.
Perry told reporters the band is opened to finding a new vocalist and vowed to carry on with the band "Aerosmith".
Band members say the biggest problem is Tyler refuses to return phone calls and there is no communication between Tyler and the rest of the band members, which has lead to confusion and uncertainty about the band's future.
