Stewart to be Back in Court
Martha Stewart is still in trouble.

Martha Stewart is now facing a civil suit for her insider trading debacle. These insider trading charges are from the US Securities and Exchange Commission, and were filed the same day as her original indictment.
Stewart was found guilty in 2004 of insider trading, and served five months in jail for illegal stock trading and lying about her actions. The jail was never as lovely, with homemade pinecone centerpieces and delicious crudites from the prison garden.
