Stiller Embarrassed by Daddy's Dog Training
Funnyman Ben Stiller is afraid of his famous father's dog training methods, as the senior comic, Jerry Stiller, takes an awkward approach to potty training a pup, WENN reports.
Stiller embarrassingly admits that when toilet training the family pooch, his famous father uses . . . suppositories. The Meet the Parents actor explains, "The suppositories were supposed to stimulate the dog to go to the bathroom."
But it makes him both laugh and cringe. "Jesus, now that I think of it, it's crazy. I can't imagine having to do it. God, that's a horrible image," Stiller said of his father feeding his dogs suppositories on the street.
And the star - who has three pooches of his own at home with his wife, Christine Taylor - guesses: "I don't think the practice is widely accepted. It's probably the most politically incorrect training method in history."
