The urban college flick tops the box office once again, while last week's Golden Globes give a boost to several smaller films.

Stomp The Yard, Sony's drama about competing black fraternities, remained at the top of its class this week, while several critically lauded films got a golden push from last week's Globes ceremony.

Stomp The Yard, which features the big-screen debut of R&B star, Ne-Yo, took in $13.3 million this week, bringing its two-week total to over $41 million.

Meanwhile, Pan's Labyrinth and The Queen both surged into the Top 10 this week, coming in at No. 7 and 9 respectively, following awards season hype.

"Anyone who is skeptical about the positive effect a Globe win can have on a film's box office need only look at this weekend's numbers," said Media By Numbers President, Paul Dergarabedian.

Babel, which won the Golden Globe for best drama, and The Last King of Scotland, whose star, Forest Whitaker, took the prize for best actor, also enjoyed rises in box office attendance.

Ben Stiller's Night at the Museum was this week's runner-up, followed by multiple Globe-winner, Dreamgirls. The Hitcher debuted at a lower-than-expected fourth place, while Will Smith's Pursuit of Happyness continued its joyful box office streak at No. 5.
