Substance at Jackson's Home Not Heroin
Earlier today, it had been announced by sources at the LAPD that black tar heroin had been found at Michael Jackson's home in Los Angeles. After tests were conducted, however, it has been confirmed that the substance is not the highly addictive and dangerous drug, heroin. Detectives have not revealed what the substance actually is yet.
The search that uncovered the suspected drug did turn up a number of other illicit substances in Jackson's home. According to TMZ, police found two bags of marijuana, Diazepam, Lorazepam, and several other unnamed pills.
While the official statement says that Jackson died of an overdose of Propofol, these claims are now being questioned. However, drugs are still believed to be the major cause of the cardiac arrest that ended Jackson's life. According to investigative documents, "Upon viewing the decedent's body, there were indications that he had received injections of an unknown medication prior to his death."
