Suit Filed Against the Hogans

Injured son family files lawsuit.

Whatcha gonna do when lawsuit mania runs wild on you?

That's what attorneys for the man injured in a racing crash with Hulk Hogan's son said yesterday, as they filed a suit against the Hogan family for the injury, according to TMZ.

In their suit, the family of John Graziano alleged that the Hogans were negligent and should be held liable for the wreck that seriously injured Graziano.Graziano, a former Marine, was injured in a 2007 street racing crash with Hulk Hogan's son, Nick.

According to court papers filed today in Pinellas County, Fla. Circuit Court by Graziano's court-appointed guardian Peter Musante, Hulk Hogan and his wife Linda should be held legally responsible for Graziano's accident, TMZ reported.

In the suit, Musante alleges that Nick negligently operated his Toyota Supra by racing another man in a Dodge Viper, a car also owned by Hogan. The suit claims the Hogan family Bolleas were aware of Nick's need for speed and knew that he had souped-up his vehicle for the purpose of racing.

In the suit, Musante also says Hulk Hogan purchased alcohol the day of the accident -- August 26 -- and that Hulk "knew or should have known" Nick was driving under the influence of the crash and he failed to take appropriate action.

The lawsuit also names Daniel Jacobs, who was driving the Viper that night, as a co-defendant. He pleaded no contest to reckless driving last month.

Hulk Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea, is the popular professional wrestler whose reality television show is Hogan Knows Best.
