Suri Cruise alive but unseen

The daughter of Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise is arousing a good deal of public interest - mainly because nobody is completely sure she exists.

At a time when celebrity parenthood seems to have become a media circus act, the "audience" of America is left wondering about the show that is Suri Cruise.

This two-month-old child, born to Hollywood royalty Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, has not been seen by the public, in the form of photographs or even a bulk of blanket in her mother's arms, since Holmes gave birth.

"We haven't even seen a picture of Katie Holmes carrying Suri wrapped in a blanket or them trying to hide from photographers with the baby," said Ken Baker of "US Weekly." "We've seen nothing."

Although there has been speculation over the idea that the infant might not even exist, a birth certificate of Suri was located by celebrity website TMZ.com. The document was filed May 8, 2006, nearly a month after Suri was born. The certificate was signed, according to thedeadbolt.com, by a friend of the couple whose signature is illegible.
