Britain's Got Talent star Susan Boyle was admitted into a mental-health clinic due to suffering from exhaustion.

After being named runner-up, "Britain's Got Talent" star Susan Boyle, 48, has been admitted into a clinic for suffering from exhaustion, reported E! Online. Boyle was admitted into Priory Clinic, a mental-health hospital in the London area.

Show producers stated the Boyle was "exhausted and emotionally drained," reported MTV.com.

According to E! Online, after police visited her London hotel, Boyle was taken to the clinic by an ambulance on her own accord. Doctors accompanied the police by request, reported MTV.com.

"We can neither confirm nor deny the reports," reported the Priory Clinic.

According to E! Online, this is not the first time the 45-year-old Scottish singer has struggled with an incident like this. Before her loss on the show, Boyle was reportedly involved with two other outbursts.

While her performances have attracted millions of people worldwide, Boyle's doctors have ordered her to take some time off to relax, according to E! Online.
