Taye Diggs is a Daddy!

Taye Diggs is now a father for the first time to baby boy Walker Nathaniel Diggs. He is known for his roles in the Broadway musical "Rent" and as a love interest for Calista Flockhart's character on "Ally McBeal."

Diggs' wife Idina Menzel, whom he married in 2003, is famous for her role in "Rent" and also in "Wicked" as Elphaba. She has just released an album called "I Stand."

Besides performing together in "Rent," the husband and wife team starred together in an episode of Diggs' show "Private Practice" on ABC earlier this year.
