Taylor Lautner Meets Taylor Swift's Mom

Taylor Swift has yet to confirm a romance with Taylor Lautner, but the two are close enough for the young singer to want to introduce her co-star to her mother.

On Monday night, Swift, Lautner, and Swift's mom/manager Andrea ate dinner together at the Bistro Garden Restaurant in Studio City. Swift sought her mother's approval on her choice in men, reports Radaronline.com.

Sources who spoke with Radar indicated that Swift and Lautner appeared to be dating.

"They smiled a lot and kept looking at each other, but they weren't holding hands," the source said. "They definitely looked like a couple in love though."

Employees were not able to positively confirm who paid the bill, but they had an idea.

"I think he picked up the tab. But I couldn't be sure," the source said. "Of course it would have been the gentlemanly thing to do."

While being interviewed by CMT Radio on Wednesday, Swift continued to keep mum about her love life.

"I don't know," she replied when asked if she was dating Lautner. "He's an amazing guy and we're really close…and ah…yep. We're in a movie together and I am really excited about seeing it.

A source close to Swift would neither confirm nor deny the relationship to Radar Online.
