Taylor Lautner Wants to Act, Not Model
After baring his perfectly chiseled chest for a highly anticipated scene in the upcoming New Moon, the second film in the Twilight saga, Taylor Lautner doesn't think he'll agree to that task again.
In an interview with Aceshowbiz.com, Lautner admits that if he had the choice he'd never go shirtless for a film role again.
"I worked hard to get in shape for this role, but I don't want to become known as just a body," he said.
However, if asked to go shirtless for a role again, he'd consider it, claiming that turning it down is "not very realistic," but he "certainly won't be asking to do it, though."
Lautner isn't the only one to go shirtless in the film. The film's main male hottie, Robert Pattison (who plays vampire Edward Cullen) also bare his chest for a scene.
"I don't know [who would win]. Rob, he's getting some muscle
There's some good competition," said Lautner.
New Moon is in theaters nationwide Nov. 20.
