Taylor Swift Dressed As Chewbacca Last Halloween

Taylor Swift, 19 who just re-released her album Fearless yesterday with six new songs, spoke about her thoughts on Halloween.

Swift told CMT how she and a friend last year decided not to take the normal route and dress up sexy, they went out and got Chewbacca costumes. She was able to wander around town without being spotted in the Star Wars character costume, making Chewbacca noises.

Swift got the special edition version of the costume and she said it was hardcore, even though people had no idea who was under the costume they had no idea what it was. She would laugh and proclaim it is Chewbacca when people were unsure.

She explained what she felt about Halloween and how girls interpret it: "I felt all the girls in our school kind of used Halloween as an excuse to take all their clothes off and parade around. They would tan weeks in advance so that they could bare it all on Halloween. I'm like, you're supposed to be scary," Swift said.
