Taylor Swift to Join List of Celebrity Fragrances

Taylor Swift is the latest celebrity to come out with her own fragrance.

“I have always loved how fragrance can shape a memory…the way certain scents remind you of events and people that are imprinted in your thoughts,” she said in a press release.

The award winning country singer developed her new perfume with Elizabeth Arden.

Swift reportedly has control over every aspect of the product from its scent to its packaging and its advertising. The fragrance will hit stores in the fall of 2011.

Other celebrities that have created their own fragrances include Jennifer Lopez, Jessica Simpson, Faith Hill, Fergie, Gwen Stefani, Britney Spears, Celine Dion, Avril Lavigne, Jordin Sparks, Elizabeth Taylor, Antonio Banderas, Paris Hilton, Mary J. Blige, Tim McGraw, Queen Latifah, Mariah Carey, Eva Longoria, Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Kardashian, Beyoncé, Halle Berry, Daisy Fuentes, Reese Witherspoon, Patrick Dempsey, Demi Moore, David and Victoria Beckham, 50 Cent, Usher, Sean Combs, Christina Aguilera, and Kate Moss.

The best selling celebrity fragrances include Elizabeth Taylor's White Diamonds, Diddy's Sean John Unforgiveable, Lovely by Sarah Jessica Parker, Jennifer Lopez's Glow by J. Lo, and Curious by Britney Spears.
