Terrell Owens to Do More Television
Terrell Owens is already planning to do more work on the small screen. After his first television role, he's planning to take on more jobs on the television. Don't look for him on Dancing with the Stars though, he said to the Associated Press, "They asked me to do that last year and I graciously declined. I don't need to get on national TV to show people I can dance. I do that 16, 17 weeks out of the year; I've been doing it all my career."
He told reporters he would save his ballroom skills until he gets married. He also added that he hasn't watched the show. His time on Under One Roof also shows that he's more of a comedy guy. "I think I surprised a lot of people with my performance," he said to AP. "For me, I feel like I can act. That's what I want to do. If I wasn't really comfortable with it and didn't think I could really do it, I wouldn't have done it."
He told AP that he grew up with Good Times and The Cosby Show. He still sees within his career that there is room to grow. "I think comedy was a good start. I don't really see limiting myself just to comedy."
