Three Hogans Named In Civil Lawsuit

According to E!Online a lawsuit has been filed citing that not only is Nick (Hogan) Bollea responsible for the car crash that injured his friend John Graziano, but his parents are too.

Graziano's family filed a civil suit on Monday naming Terry Bollea (Hulk Hogan), Linda Bollea and Nicholas Bollea for being responsible for Nick's "reckless and negligent" driving. A friend of Nick's, Daniel Jacobs,was also named in the lawsuit. The lawsuit papers state that the family is seeking damages "that exceed $15,000."

According to Kimberly Kohn, the lawyer for Graziano's family says, "[The Bollea's] not only encouraged," Nicks driving, "but they did not take appropriate action to stop it and to protect the safety of the public."

Nick's car crashed on August 26th of last year. It occurred while Nick and Daniel Jacobs were supposedly racing between stoplights. The accident left Graziano, a passenger in Nicks car, incapacitated.

It seems that the Bollea's could be deemed responsible because Nick had gotten speeding tickets in the past. Supposedly Linda encouraged Nick's drag racing. And Hulk may have provided alcohol to Nick the day of the accident. He also owned the cars Nick and Jacobs were driving.
