Tiffani Thiessen Welcomes Baby Girl

Tiffani Thiessen and her husband Brady Smith welcomed their first child, a girl named Harper Renn Smith, on Tuesday. A representative for the couple told People.com that baby Harper weighs in at 8 lbs., 3 oz. and is doing great.

Thiessen, 36, and Smith, who is an actor and artist, have been married for five years. The couple says that they have wanted children for a long time and are thrilled that it has happened.

When it comes to raising her baby girl, Thiessen says that she is going to be the type of mom who is open-minded. "I'm a wing-it kind of girl," she told UsMagazine.com. "My husband's a little more of a worrier, so it will be interesting to see how [fatherhood] works for him. But one of the reasons I married that guy is because I knew he was going to be great with kids."

Thiessen is currently on the TV show, White Collar, which airs on USA. Her co-stars insist that she will be a great mother.
