Woods won the 2008 US Open with a torn ACL and multiple stress fractures in his knee. And if you ask anyone who has had those injuries, they'll tell you how much they hurt and how difficult it is to simply walk.

Tiger Woods, the face of golf, is reportedly unsure about his 2009 schedule.
Woods is currently recovering from surgery to repair his torn ACL and the stress fractures in his knee. He is been mostly restricted to his bed, and said last week that he is five months away from swinging a golf club.
"It's frustrating for me," Woods said Monday, while promoting a golf course he helped design in Dubai.
So, arguably, the best golfer ever seems to be a long way away, and whether he will play in the Dubai Desert Classic in late January is still up in the air.
But it will be hard to keep Woods off of Augusta National when the Masters starts in early April.
