Tila Tequila Sues Web Site For Porn Video

Tila Tequila said she will settle with porn site for $280,000, announced TMZ.

The actress and reality show star appeared on a pornographic video which was posted by pornographic site "4tube.com."

Tequila claims the video was stored in a laptop that was stolen two years ago and was never intended for the public eye.

Her lawyer sent a cease and desist letter to the pornographic Web site asking the site officials to pay $280,000 and to remove the video from the internet. The Web site has two weeks to respond before Tequila's lawyer proceeds with legal action.

Tequila had been under huge criticism after she had breakdown during which she ranted on her Ustream page.

Tequila blamed her ex-boyfriend Shawne Merriman, NFL star. On September Merriman allegedly beat her causing anxiety on the actress.

Merriman was cleared of all charges, but Tequila is suing him for $1.5 million in damages and emotional distress.
