TLC sues Jon Gosselin

TLC network has gone through with a lawsuit against Jon Gosselin. The lawsuit states that Gosselin did not honor his contract, and made paid and unpaid television appearances without consent of the network first.

Jon and his ex-wife Kate have been going through a bitter divorce, that all came to a head at the hearing this week when the judge sided with Kate and ordered Jon to return a lump sum of the money he took from the couples joint account.

Also Jon is being accused of hacking into Kate's online bank accounts, phone records and e-mails. The couple's former babysitter Stephanie Santoro is the one making these allegations, claiming that Jon would brag about hacking in to Kate's stuff. Santoro also claims that she and Jon had a steamy affair; which Jon says is a lie as reported on People.com.

Back to the lawsuit, TLC claims they have been privately and patiently waiting for Jon to honor the contract he signed. According to another article on People.com, Jon's attorney claims he has yet to see the legal documents stating "I can't comment on something I haven't seen. Jon hasn't been served yet, either."
