Marriage is supposed to be a long-term commitment to that one special person in your life. However, a long lasting marriage is rare in Hollywood. Following Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries' split after 72 days, here’s a look at some of the shortest celebrity marriages over the past decade. Not surprisingly, their divorce wasn’t a record, but still ranked among the top ten.

10. Jennifer Lopez and Chris Judd= 8 months

The Bronx native married choreographer Chris Judd in September 2001 at a private California residence. Lopez met Judd on the set of her music video for “Love Don’t Cost a Thing.” The couple split the following June, citing irreconcilable differences. Lopez went on to get engaged to Ben Affleck, but called off the wedding hours before it were to take place. She later married Marc Anthony, but that relationship didn’t last either, ending after seven years.

9. Chad Michael Murray and Sophia Bush= 5 months

They say you shouldn’t date your co-workers, but these One Tree Hill stars didn’t take the advice. The couple dated for two years, before tying the knot in April 2005.
