What would Hollywood be without the bromance? To be in a bromance, you have to be a part of a pair that you can’t imagine one without the other. On-screen and off, despite breakups and marriage, our top ten have stayed best buds. Everyone loves a good bromance…
1. Matt Damon and Ben Affleck
Hollywood’s ultimate bromance, Matt and Ben seem to have been made for one another. They grew up together, co-wrote and starred in Good Will Hunting together, and are distant relatives. Unlike Brad Pitt and George Clooney, these two don’t let girls or distance tear them apart. They even inspired Sarah Silverman and Jimmy Kimmel to write these songs during their 2008 breakup…
2. Tom Felton and Rupert Grint
The newest addition to the bromance world, Tom and Rupert profess their love via Twit-pics and T-shirts. Wait, shouldn’t Ron Weasley and Draco Malfoy be mortal enemies?

3. Andy Samberg and Justin Timberlake
Whether they are coming together on SNL or in song, this pair of bromantic buds are comic geniuses. They also created the bro’s answer to the last minute gift for Christmas and Mother’s Day.
4. Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly
“Shake and bake!” These buds are in it for the long haul. Step Brothers and Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby proved them to be a seemingly unstoppable comedic duo. Did anyone catch their PDA at the Lakers game back in May?
5. Adam Sandler, David Spade, Chris Rock, Kevin James and Rob Schneider
This team is a package deal. The bros of Happy Madison productions are the biggest bromance on the list. Adam Sandler has assembled his team of best friends that he takes with him wherever he goes. Next up for this team is the animated film Hotel Transylvania, where they will play classic horror movie monsters.
6. Justin Bieber and Jaden Smith
Justin will “never say never” to his bestie Jaden. Though Justin is more often seen attached to girlfriend Selena Gomez, Jaden and Justin often take in Lakers games (a bromance must!)
7. Andrew Garfield and Jesse Eisenberg
Playing frenemies Eduardo Saverin and Mark Zuckerberg in The Social Network brought Andrew and Jesse together. Andrew is no stranger to the bromance, having bros Garrett Hedlund and Robert Pattinson in the wings as well.
8. Owen Wilson and Ben Stiller
Each actor is excellent on their own, but when they unite, comedy gold is born. Though their characters often start off as enemies (such as in the clip from Zoolander below) they end up odd-ball buddies by the end.
9. Stephen Colbert and John Stewart
Although this bromance is separated on-screen, their back and forth political quips are some of the funniest on television. Despite the battle of their on-screen political views, they find a way to bring the nation the news in an easy to take fashion.
10. Chord Overstreet and Mark Salling
Although all the Glee guys are close, their castmates say that Chord and Mark are like a married couple without the marriage. Their friendship will endure a major test when Glee recommences filming this month. Chord will be exploring other projects while Mark returns to the halls of McKinley High. But maybe they’ll prove that the bros that plank together, stay together…
So many bromantic buds! Did we miss your favorite? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.
