The chefs have to create dishes for water park patrons.

After creating Willy Wonka masterpieces a double elimination meant goodbye for Craig and Melissa. Katzie reveled in her win, she loved her risk-taking. Sally thought that Katzie got lucky.

The contestants arrived for their Quickfire Challenge and Gail introduced Pichet Ong. She announced that the contestants would have to create their own original candy bar. Pichet wanted more technique and flavors. The winner would have immunity.

Amanda knew that chocolate would take long to prepare so she had to start quickly. In chaos, Carlos hit Rebecca’s cast and she was crying for the next few minutes. Matthew thought that original molds would help him stand out. Carlos made a choco-nana. Sally hoped that she played up Asian flavors. Matthew's candy bar started to look like poop logs as he desperately iced the bars. Rebecca, in her panic dropped the nitrogen and was in tears. Orlando helped her finish; as selfish as he is, he does have a heart.

Katzie's bananas were a bit too soft. Carlos's choconana had a lot of layers. Sally's "Who's it?" turned out well for Pichet. Matthew's bottom was called out. Orlando's jam didn't set enough. Amanda's tea/orange combination had a great flavor and shine. Pichet's least favorite dishes were Matthew and Katzie. His favorites were Sally and Rebecca. The winner was Sally and she was immune.

The contestants drew popsicles for their Elimination Challenge; contestants were placed in teams of three. They were told they had to go to a water park and creating summer desserts for park attendants. The contestants had four and a half hours to cook. Green team decided to go straightforward and wanted to do traditional things that didn't need finishing

Green - Rebecca, Katzie, Megan
Orange - Orlando, Chris, Matthew
Blue - Carlos, Sally, Amanda

Orange team wanted something refined instead of childish. Since Sally was immune, she decided to listen to the group's decisions and make a dish with the help of Carlos. Orlando was excited and knew that he could push his limits. Carlos needed to make 150 bars so he had to keep making. Katzie tried to get to the ice cream machine, but it's all full and it upset her. She announced that Green would get the ice cream machines next. Orange team decided to use a Pacojet machine instead of the ice cream mixers. Carlos let Katzie have a 45 minute stint on the machine, but had to get back to it as soon as possible.

Johnny arrived for his critiques and was confused by Orange team's decisions. Katzie wanted to make a baked Alaska twist and mentioned having a spumoni. Little did she know that Johnny was fond of L&B Spumoni Gardens. Blue team wanted to make a funnel cake and she may be challenged by using a fryer. Katzie's dish was spilling over as she forgot to close her hatch. The contestants did some finishing work as time was running out. Chris took the liquid nitrogen and Carlos was upset about the unprofessional nature.

The following day, the contestants were worried about both desserts and their outfits. Sally was happy to be paired with Amanda. The contestants arrived and had one and a half hours to prepare. Matthew had to spin their ice cream now, because they didn't use the machines during their four hour prep time. Orlando thought that his root beer float was amazing. Chris was reminded of home as he prepared cups and thought about Orange County. Rebecca was happy with the choices of her team. Amanda practiced funnel cake as Sally helped her out with shaping and timing the cakes.

Families started rushing in as children dropped food on their legs. The services were almost too fast as the contestant panicked. Gail arrived with Johnny, Danielle Kyrillos, and Pichet Ong. Orange team started with a passion fruit mixer. Orlando's root beer float was a bit too heavy. He tried to justify about taking quick bites. Johnny warned him to change the name. Matthew had to take a few minutes as he prepared his dish. The judges got upset as Matthew took too long. His strawberry shortcake was both warm and gummy.

Green team was next for judging as they spritzed the judges with their lavender spray. Rebecca's snicker doodle ice cream sandwich was nostalgic and the ice cream was firm. Megan's soda float had too sweet strawberries. Katzie's baked Alaska twist was nuanced and sophisticated. Blue team was last as they prepped for the judges. Carlos's cereal obsession wasn't refreshing but too sweet. Sally's berry smoothie had nice crispies, but lacked flavor. Amanda's funnel cake was too hard since she went last. Carlos was worried that he had all negative feedback. Amanda was scared that she went last instead of first.

In the back, Sally thought that she sacrificed herself by making a dish the team wanted. Gail arrived and called the green team (Megan, Katzie, and Rebecca). At the judges’ table Gail announced that the three were the winning team. Johnny loved that they elevated classic items. The overall winner of the challenge was Katzie.

The other two teams were sent in front of the judges as the least favorite dishes. Sally was called out for being too safe. The healthy choices were smart, but weren’t pushed far enough. Carlos’s popsicle had too much sugar and needed a counterpoint on the shell of the dish. The funnel cake was too hard to manage and was cold. She was called out for not making the right choice. Orange team didn’t think about practicality. Chris’s dish started nice, but had too much syrup at the end. Orlando’s new root beer float wasn’t refreshing; while he tried to argue, it didn’t work. Matthew’s dish didn’t fit the water park theme.

After deliberation, the bottom three contestants were Amanda, Carlos, and Orlando. After awkward silence Amanda was eliminated. She was humbled by the whole experience.
