Tori Spelling Has Healthy Baby Boy
Liam Aaron McDermott, 6 lb. 6 oz., was born March 13 at Cedars Sinai Hospital to proud parents Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott. Representatives for the couple have confirmed that the baby boy is healthy and the family is very happy.Not long before the birth, Spelling professed herself ready to be a mother and eager to hold her baby in her arms. Little Liam's birth brought first-time mom Spelling even more joy than that of motherhood, however. The event reunited the former "Beverly Hills 90210" actress with her estranged mother, Candy. The mother and daughter stopped speaking to each other after the death of the actress' father, Aaron Spelling. But a new grandson was just what was needed to bring the family back together. Candy Spelling was elated by the joyful event and said that she is looking forward to doting on her new grandson.This is Spelling's first child and McDermott's second. He also has an 8-year-old son, Jack, with ex-wife Mary Jo Eustace. Spelling and McDermott first met on the set of the TV movie, "Mind Over Murder." They were married in Fiji in May of last year. The couple has also been busy with their new reality show: "Tori and Dean: Inn Love," which will feature their new California bed and breakfast, Chateau La Rue.
