Trailer for "Dr. Parnassus" revealed

Another reminder of late great actor Heath Ledger has surfaced in the media — and that is the trailer for "The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus," the last film that Ledger worked on before his tragic death in 2008. The movie is directed by Terry Gilliam and also stars music great Tom Waits. Rolling Stone mentioned that the film's trailer looks to have the same amount of obscurity as Gilliam's past pursuits, such as "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas" and "12 Monkeys."

Since Ledger died in the process of making the film, Reuters reports that Johnny Depp, Jude Law, and Colin Farrell were cast in the same role in order to complete the production. All three of the actors also claimed to donate their salaries made on the film to Ledger's young daughter, Matilda.

The plot of "Dr. Parnassus" revolves around Parnassus and his own dream world in which he has to rescue a teenage girl from the devil.
