Travis Barker Released from Hospital
Former Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker has been released from Joseph M. Still Burn Center in Augusta, Ga., just nine days after surviving a deadly plane crash.
"He was discharged this morning at 10 a.m.," hospital spokeswoman Beth Frits told E! News.
Barker, 32, along with Adam "DJ AM" Goldstein, were taken from the airport in Columbia, S.C. and admitted to the hospital September 19 following the takeoff crash of their jet, a tragic mishap that left the four other passengers on board dead.
Barker and Goldstein suffered second- and third-degree burns but are expected to make full, however, potentially lengthy, recoveries.
Goldstein, 35, was released from the hospital on Friday and made his way back to Los Angeles on a plane.
Barker, too, is reportedly heading back to the West Coast, on a bus, along with ex-wife Shanna Moakler, who stayed by his side all week.
