True Father of Dannielynn Soon Revealed

The world will soon finally know the truth about Anna Nicole Smith's daughter. The results from the paternity test will be out any day now. The battle for daddy-hood between Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead continued today in the Bahamian Supreme Court without any new information. Another hearing is set today for next week.

Neither camps are talking, mainly because they legally can't. According to the Bahamian legal code, no one in the courtroom can discuss the details of the case-not even what is on the day's agenda.

Stern recently dropped his appeal to block the baby's DNA results from being released. With no more appeals pending, the public is much closer to learning the results of the paternity test. Stern has been caring for the child since Anna Nicole's death on February 8. He took the baby for a cheek swabbing on March 21, but the results will only prove whether or not Birkhead is the father. We still won't know whether or not Stern is the father. Stern was never ordered to give a sample because he is already listed as the father on the baby's birth certificate.

Birkhead has repeatedly spoken out about his certainty that he is the father. He even announced that he is already preparing a nursery in his L.A. home.
