Trump Place Plus Jon Minus Kate

Jon Gosselin was spotted with a sales rep walking through Trump Place in New York City this week. He was focused on a unit on the 8th floor. The upscale building is on Manhattan's West Side.

"Yes, he was looking there," a well placed source said, according to RadarOnline.com.

Online clips previewing Monday's upcoming show reveal Jon declaring, "I've changed." From a family home with eight small children to a bachelor pad in New York City, that's definitely a "Big Change."

Kate Gosselin isn't the only one irritated with Jon lately. RadarOnline reports executives behind "Jon & Kate Plus 8" are getting tired of his disappearing act during filming. His recent apartment shopping spree indicates he doesn't plan on being around much for any of his commitments.

According to a representative for City Realty, who represents Trump Place, apartments range from $1.5 million for a one bedroom to $6.6 million for a four bedroom apartment, reports RadarOnline.

It is speculated that the couple will announce their divorce plans on Monday night's show airing on TLC at 9:00 p.m.
