Trump's Billions Called Into Question

A new book alleges Donald Trump is exaggerating his billions, and The Donald responds in court.

Whose billions? Maybe not Trump's billions.

The real estate mogul and star of his own TV show is suing New York Times reporter Timothy O'Brien and Warner Books for $5 million after O'Brien's book claimed Trump is not, as he claims, a billionaire.

O'Brien's new book, "TrumpNation: The Art of Being the Donald," covers the decade he spent covering Trump as a business reporter. In the book, O'Brien estimates Trump's current net worth at $250 million -- a far cry from the billions he's proclaimed on "The Apprentice."

Trump called the statements in "Trumpnation" "irresponsible, malicious and false," claiming in a statement that he is worth at least $2.7 billion. O'Brien's argument is based on statements made by anonymous sources close to The Donald, which publisher Warner Books is standing behind.
