Twilight Sequels in the Works?
That's the rumor.
Twilight is set to be released next Friday, and is expected to challenge Quantum of Solace for the highest grossing film of the fall.
And with the film's projected success, the rumor is that the film's producers are already getting ready for sequels based on the second, third and fourth installments in the Stephenie Meyer series.
The Hollywood Reporter reports that Summit Entertainment has acquired the rights to New Moon, Eclipse, and Breaking Dawn.
The company has also brought on Melissa Rosenberg to adapt New Moon and Eclipse, according to the trade publication. Rosenberg is the choice because she wrote the screenplay to Twilight.
