Underage "Wild" Girls Get Paid for "Trauma"

Girls Gone Wild creator is in trouble once again.

Joe Francis, the creator of the classic Girls Gone Wild DVDs, has agreed to pay some teenagers he had on his show, for the "emotional distress" that was caused after they posed nude.

The team of Chicago lawyers that were fighting against Francis, stated that he went "beyond all possible bounds of decency" having these young, underage girls take part in his explicit show.

The lawyers told the judge that these girls were filmed in 2003, and we're underage at the time. However, Francis states that he was under the impression that the girls were actually "adults."

U.S. District Judge Richard Smoak replied to Francis's comment: "It does not take a very brave man to go out and corner a girl in the middle of spring break who had four drinks.
