After rumors swirled that Weeds actress Mary Louise Parker was replacing Demi Moore in upcoming porn star biopic Lovelace, it seems a different HBO actress was actually cast.
Yahoo Movies reported Sarah Jessica Parker will be playing feminist legend Gloria Steinem in the film, which revolves around the life of Linda Lovelace.
Earlier this week, Moore dropped out of the role after she was rushed to the hospital due to “exhaustion” on Monday.
However, according to USA Today, a 911 phone call made from the 49-year-old’s home revealed the actress had been smoking something and that she was shaking, convulsing and burning up.
The dispatcher asked the caller what Moore had been smoking, but that answer was not released.
Asthon Kutcher’s ex-wife also made headlines after media reported she was spotted at a club with daughter Rumer, dancing on tables and having tons of fun.
Production has just begun on the film. Amanda Seyfried is playing Lovelace, who passed away ten years ago. The Mean Girls star also replaced an actress to snag the role. Co-star Lindsay Lohan was set to star as Lovelace in the film, but was unable to do so because of her legal woes.
