USA Baseball Wins . . .
It has been well documented throughout the Internet, on NBC and many other places that both softball and baseball will likely never again appear in the Olympics.
For softball, the reason seems to be solely the Americans' dominance (even though they lost their final game against Japan - Conspiracy?).
For baseball, the exclusion of the sport in the 2012 Olympic games in London seems to be because the United States won't allow their superstars to play in the games.
And because of this, well, there's much less interest in the games, the fans aren't excited to go out and watch the games (producing very little ticket revenue) and a myriad of other factors.
So, with this in mind, the American baseball team went out Saturday and snatched the bronze medal by defeating Japan 8-4.
Let's give a hand to a new batch of American superstars.
