Veronica Mars

It's George Michael and Maeby from Arrested Development!

So best friend Wallace wants to go to Neptune's own Hearst College and he wants Veronica to go with him. Problem is, Veronica wants as far away from Neptune as possible.

We learn that all the charges against Logan were dropped, so he must dump Hannah to please her father. It was the agreement.

Logan's explanation to Hannah: "You're a sweet girl, but I'm not a sweet guy." So charming that one.

Veronica goes with Wallace on a tour of Hearst College where she runs into not only George Michael and Maeby from Arrested Development, but also Troy the ex-boyfriend who was a drug dealer and had another girlfriend while he was going out with Veronica.

George Michael plays Dean their tour guide. On a side note, he looks so much older than his Arrested days.

Veronica and Wallace go to a party at the college and Veronica learns of a number system the frat boys use to rate girls. She wants an extra 20 for being sassy.

She then sees Troy leaving the party with Maeby, I mean Stacy.

Troy then gets arrested (Hee, arrested), for raping Stacy and calls Veronica for help. Who else would he call?

Stacy says the last thing she remembered was being with him. Apparently the cops found his prints everywhere and that his clothes were recently washed. Troy says he was just being a gentleman and put Stacy to sleep and washed his only set of clothes because she threw up on him. Convenient, maybe. We'll see.

In a different storyline we learn Logan's lawyer, Cliff, went to some convention and left with a woman he believed to be an OBGYN. Turns out, she's an escort and was hired by a man to steal his briefcase filled with files from Logan's case. Wonder what that's about.

From that same storyline, we learn the not-so-lovable Madison dumped Dick for a more mature man. That man being Sheriff Lamb. Keith says his slogan for next year should be: She's 18! It's legal. Funny stuff.

In one of the best scenes of the episode, Veronica goes to a wig store to help with Troy's case and says, "Now it's time for my Emmy nomination." She proceeds to plead with the woman at the counter to give her a costumer's name. It's very soap opera-y with the instrumental music and the tears. This show never fails to impress and still leaves one wondering how Kristen Bell doesn't ever get nominated.

The charges against Troy are eventually dropped, just like Logan's.

The only other important things we learn in this episode is that Logan got back together with Hannah and her dad found out and is so pissed that he sends his daughter to boarding school in Vermont. Good, she's gone. We also learned that the explosives found in the hangar with Terrence's cars are also at a construction site where Danny Boyd works. The Danny Boyd of the Fitzpatrick's connection, that is.
