VH-1 Gets More Surreal With "Fame Games"
Some celebrities just can't stay away from the small screen.
After five seasons of live-in challenge series "The Surreal Life," VH-1 is expanding its hold with a reality-TV competition called "The Surreal Life Fame Games."
Like sister network MTV's "Real World/ Road Rules: The Gauntlet" and "The Inferno," the series will feature teams of stars who previously appeared on "The Surreal Life" in competition against each other. Unlike MTV, "Fame Games" will offer challenges specifically targeted to the trials of fame -- for example, a race to elude the paparazzi in which he who appears in the most photos, loses.
"Surreal Life" stars already confirmed for the games include model Brigitte Nielsen, porn star Ron Jeremy, rapper Vanilla Ice and actor Emanuel Lewis. Robin "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous" Leach will host the games, which will be held in Las Vegas at a house the teams will share.
