Newly arrived from across the pond, the Beckhams are quickly making themselves at home in America. The British tabloid fixtures are looking to become as big here as they are in their native Britain. But Victoria Beckham appears determined to steer clear of one sure-fire way to make gossip column headlines. In her search for a personal assistant, the former Spice Girl and mother of three is reportedly weeding out candidates who she deems too attractive or too skinny. Digital Spy reports that the former Posh Spice has drawn up a list of guidelines to ensure that she hires a professional: "She can't be too good-looking, she can't be too thin. It has to be all about me."

Filmmakers are documenting the Brits' transition to American life. The hour-long documentary, entitled "Victoria Beckham: Coming to America," is set to air Tuesday night.

The documentary captures Victoria asking one potential PA a rather unfair question: "Do you find my husband attractive?" As if the poor woman would be believed if she said no. But Victoria may have every reason to be cautious -- it wasn't very long ago that her husband's former personal assistant, Rebecca Loos, claimed that she had an affair with the soccer star.
