Vivica A. Fox faces DUI Charges
Kill Bill star is pulled over and arrested by police.
Vivica A. Fox was pulled over by police officers Tuesday evening, for speeding, and then arrested for driving under the influence.
A marked police car clocked Fox at going 80 mph down the 101 Freeway in the San Fernando Valley, late in the evening. When officers administered a field sobriety test, Fox was unsuccessful and placed under arrest. At the Van Nuys jail, sometime later, she was given two separate breathalyzer tests, which showed she was well over the legal limit (.08 BAC).
Fox was released, but must appear in court sometime in the near future to face her charges.
