Jasmine Waltz, the club employee accused of assaulting Lindsay Lohan on her birthday, denied hitting the actress but said she would like to, according to The Toronto Sun.
On the night in question, Lohan was out with friends including Paris Hilton’s ex Doug Reinhardt and British rugby player Danny Cipriani on Thursday to celebrate her 24th birthday, which was the following day.
The group visited the Hollywood nightclub Voyeur and Lohan was allegedly punched in the face by Waltz, a waitress at the club. She reportedly ran from the club following the incident and reported via Twitter that she was attacked and punched for no reason.
Waltz had previous romantic links to Cipriani, according to reports, but she denies attacking the actress. She told Access Hollywood, "All I have to say is that disturbed little train wreck is delusional. I didn't hit her. But I'd like too."
Lohan supposedly burst into tears later in the night after seeing Waltz at another nightclub.
