Warren Buffett Will Return to "All My Children"
The world's richest man, Warren Buffett, is taking part in illegal insider trading ...
... on All My Children.
Buffett is currently being written a part in All My Children's insider trading story line for the ABC soap opera, where he will play himself.
The investing tycoon, 77, will play himself in an episode that is scheduled to air during the May "sweeps" ratings period. It will mark his second appearance on the daytime drama, his first coming in 1992.
Buffett was lured to All My Children partly because he and the show's creator, Agnes Nixon, are friends and Buffett is a fan of the show, according to spokesman Mike Cohen.
"He's been waiting for an invitation to come back, and he was speaking to Agnes, and they made it happen," Cohen told Reuters.
Buffett's character's story arc will intercede with character Erica Kane, "the vixen entrepreneur and self-styled mogul played by All My Children veteran Susan Lucci.
