Whitney Houston Ready for Comeback

Whitney Houston is expected to attend a huge Grammy party to kick-off her comeback.

Whitney Houston is ready for a big comeback, according to sources close to the singer. She plans to make her big public debut on the arm of music recording mogul Clive Davis Saturday night at Davis' pre-Grammy dinner and show at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. The party is one hot ticket, and if Houston attends the show, she may be on the road to the biggest comeback in pop history. She is not expected to sing, but Mary J. Blige and Justin Timberlake may be performing. Davis' parties are always full of surprises, so who knows what's possible?

Houston has been living in Laguna Beach near her drug counselor, Warren Boyd. He's the same man who helped Courtney Love get clean and sober. Love has gotten a lot of buzz recently for her newly recorded album that she's now shopping to labels. So Boyd must really know how to clean up these ladies and make them ready for success.Houston may bring aspiring singer Ray J with her to the Grammy night party, but the two are just friends. Houston reportedly knows Ray J through his sister, Brandy. Brandy has been dealing with her own problems lately. She's now facing a $50 million civil suit related to her recent car crash that left one dead.

If all goes well, Whitney Houston may be the next big story of 2007. With her first big public appearance in quite some time, Houston is setting the stage for a major comeback.
